Czech Grammar in a Nutshell – the Mongolian version is a four-page guide slightly larger than A4, printed on double-sided laminated paper. Its updated, expanded version from 2010 is intended for beginners and intermediate students of Czech as a foreign language, but even advanced speakers will occasionally find it useful for reference. It provides a simple overview of basic grammatical and lexical phenomena important for successful everyday communication, always at hand. It does not mechanically replicate traditional grammatical rules but adapts the explanation to the perceptions and needs of non-native speakers (for example, it uses color coding to indicate grammatical gender, simplified diagrams illustrating direction and location, etc.).
