Description

Why This Book Matters
Children are spending more time online at increasingly younger ages, and unfortunately, this comes with significant risks.

In 2022, UNICEFs Disrupting Harm report estimated that 100,000 Malaysian internet-using children aged 1217 were subjected to online sexual exploitation and abuse, often through platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, WeChat, and Telegram.

The Society of Online Superheroes (S.O.S.) is a childrens picture book designed to empower families in the digital age. Targeted at children aged 3 to 9 years and their parents or guardians, this book combines engaging storytelling with essential lessons on staying safe online.
